Zero work-life balance. Lots of ego-driven political players with zero people skills get promoted into management and then are supported by their higher ups and HR despite obvious problems like high team turnover and ethics and HR issues. There are few good managers who are decent leaders, but they are getting harder and harder to find. Mostly management is either completely out of touch or worse completely fear-driven reactionary micro-managers who stifle talent, intelligence, and creativity in favor of just wanting employees who follow their orders. The November 20th, 2019 article in The Atlantic "The Long-Forgotten Flight That Sent Boeing Off Course" is spot on - profits over people.

Company Culture = Workplace Bullying, blame others for their own mistakes || Management = poor leadership and unqualified managers || Recognition = Your hard work will NOT get recognized and rewarded unless you have a political relationship with bosses. || Career Opportunities = Company do not invest in the growth of its people and provides opportunities to develop skills || Work/Life Balance = Unrealistic pressure and long hours work with no pay || Product = Lack of vision and strategy and extremely poor defined and already solutionized when is handed to development
