Incompetence promoting Incompetence to cover their own Incompetence. Infuriating place to work. No one follows through on any improvement plans so you face the same systemic issues for years on end. They move program managers around so often that nothing is stable. Constant ever changing winds. New buzzwords each year. Its like Groundhog day in that place. You are nothing but a number at the end of the day. This place is ran by incompetent fools. I had 3 different roles while here. You could never escape the incompetence. Its like beating your head against a wall everyday.
