      Pros

      Individual and autonomous aspects are respected. The whole atmosphere is very inclusive, and everyone acknowledges diversity.

      It is too academic rather than practical. Practical and effective education is not well conducted.

      Education...work there to retire not to be an engineer...they pay for alot as long as you work. If you are productive your time is productive
