      Remote work, nice colleagues, interesting industry

      Cons

      Company is doing better than ever, but we must save money more than ever! That was the moto that Booking has been following for several years. It was not like that under dutch management, but americans with their greed messed up everything.

      - Totally clueless leadership: Company hired greedily for last 2 years and now laying off. They are following cheap technique of hire and fire people from other american companies for short term gains - Profit is priority for company at the expense of employee: Apart from legal minimum there are no employee benefits. - No career growth at all - Lot of internal politics
