Fast paced with good reward

Pros

Fast paced environment, results driven but with lots of recognition and reward (compensation). Challenging projects with a lot of learning potential. You can have a big impact in a short space of time. Great people. Very international and diverse. State of the art office with great benefits and services.

Cons

Lots of stakeholders but that's part of any matrix organization, so you need to be open, flexible and able to adjust to changes....but that's also part of the fast pace and fun.

Great place to work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The company is a great place to work, especially if you are employed in one of the main campuses (Amsterdam or Manchester). Benefits are good and the overall interaction with other employees is good. Most people working here embody the values of empathy, sharing, etc.

Cons

Seems like some of the core values of the company are slowly fading away. More focused on profits and less on the human side of the employees.
