Great company. Customer service is tough. Still book through them for hotels but don't use the CSR unless I have to

Lots of high expectations for numbers. Emphasis on customer care. It was okay but a lot of favoritism for promotions.

Free stuff sometimes and celebrations for holidays like Halloween etc.

Cons

Micro management, timed for going to the toilet, daily 'power hours' which means you are forced to sit and work for an hour without being able to stand up or leave the desk for anything including the bathroom or a for a drink.
