Highly talented colleagues and strong product, engineering, and analytics capabilities, and Journeys, Marketing Technology.

Cons

The culture has evolved significantly over the years. With leadership changes, the company has become more political and corporate, gradually moving away from the dutch original startup-like growth mindset and speed of execution to a more American corporate shareholders oriented mindset.
