Pros

Nice lunch, campus is beautiful. Working remotly for some teams is easier then others. They offer some nice benefits for travel or different type of leave.

Cons

Management is really toxic and there is a lot of favoritism and nepotism all over. Generally, leadership is not that good at leading. People stay there for salaries and status. Career is progression hardly possible.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you appreciated some of the benefits and our campus. However, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience with management — this is not reflective of the inclusive and supportive culture we strive to build. We have clear policies against favouritism in our Code of Conduct, and we're actively working with local management to reinforce professional behaviour so every employee feels valued and has equal opportunities. We strongly encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner or our confidential 24-hour Ethics & Compliance Helpline to share your experience — all reports are fully investigated.
