Pros

There are lots of travel benefits, such as annual trips to Amsterdam

Cons

There is a pretty high turnover rate and there seems to be a burnout rate of 4-5 years. Upper management asks for feedback and input for employees but they really don't want to hear anything other than everyone is happy and everything is great. Pay is below industry average
