Terrible place to work

Pros

Opportunity to work overseas for some people

Cons

Poorly run by the executive board leading to massive stress amongst employees. No clear focus as an organisation and every dept doing their own thing. Most staff were really unhappy and unmotivated, and not listened to by directors. Utterly miserable place to work, with minimal chance of expanding your skills.
