Pros

1. Medical Scheme 2. Flexible Working Hours 3. On Time Salary 4. WFH Facility when needed

Cons

1. Low & way below Market Standard Salary 2. Full of irresponsible, uncultured, cunning & hyprocrate people who will never ever help you 3. Very bad office politics 4. Less then Average Office environment 5. No Career Growth, absolutely no growth 6. No Work Life Balance 7. No Career progression. It is applicable only for those people who is always cheating in his/her work, never took any responsibilities, and if something bad happeneds, then try to pass it to the team members so that he/she can be relived 8. There are so many other cons i can't able to explain. I waste my big amount of my life time for working here but in reply, i got absolutely nothing.
