Reliable pay. Co-workers OK. Job not too hard.

Cons

Management at every level is appalling. Disorganised beyond belief. Worked in China where management is not transparent and there are hidden layers of Chinese management. Office had members of the CCP working. The incompetent are promoted while the capable ones are forced out.
