Pros

Great organisation in term of culture and diversity. Worldwide respecting people right and cultural differences. work-life balance is usually kept on very good level. No mobbing or any other harassment.

Cons

Not good place to develop personal career. Rather poor opportunities for changing level of job. Most of the changes took long time. Quite big bureaucracy. Lower earnings comparing to commercial employers.

Pros

Plenty of benefits as an employee. Such as working from home where all the equipment is supplied and fitted. Flexible hours. Great people to work with and for.

Cons

Sometimes the customers can get a bit hard to deal with but that is like anywhere you go you will get complaints from customers but the quality and knowledge you provide overcomes it.
