Pros

Colleagues are great. Excellent opportunities to meet a range of people and to travel. Some of the projects are interesting

Cons

A self important arrogant organisation who consider themselves above all others. The bureaucracy is ridiculous, as is the annual appraisal system. Lots of targets, self reflection and upward feedback, all of which count for nothing, The job application process is a series of silly competencies to illustrate, but only in the style of the Council. So pleased I'm out of it

Bureaucratic nightmare, poor management, senior management gravy train.

Pros

It is a very conducive office environment with very good work ethics and a work life balance. I would work there again in the future.

Cons

It can be tedious going from one floor to the other since there is a long hall way and offices very detached. It is a closed society though with very strict visitor rules because it is next to the British high Commission.
