Pros

The British Council does a lot of good work around the world and within the UK. It believes in the importance of building relationships with other countries through projects involving education, art and societal issues which is key for benefitting both parties.

Cons

If you work within a large team, the large-scale of the British Council can mean that you may, at times, loose sight of why you are working for a certain program.
