      Poor leadership which do not follow rules. Company does not have any core values and the culture is poor. If you are not part of the 'in' group you will be sacrificed. This is a poorly managed operation with no room for advancement.

COMPONENT PRICING strategy set up in cooperation with legendary firm SIMON & KUCHER; sales process with SANDLER SALES SYSTEM, digitalitation is being consulted in Sillicon Valley and delivered in cooperation with many leading companies in its field. CEMEX is surprisingly commited to transform its business from local 'brick and mortar' to global 'digital'. Often company gives an impression of digital hub with competing AGILE teams, not the company in building industry. The place where you can learn a lot!

      Often organisation is not able to cope with projects implementation on local / country levels due to insufficient human resources, capabilities ... Short lead times allocated for projects lead often to flawed implementations. Sometimes too costly or impossible to fix.
