      Pros

      Safety culture. Stable industry. Career opportunities, domestic and international. Very good training provided. Good compensation package. Very professional coworkers.

      Cons

      Tough industry. Long hours in most positions. Big debt still needs to be paid, hindering growth. Country managers make what sometimes look random decisions about middle managers, including temperamental lay offs. Technical knowledge and careers have an organizational, and salary, ceiling.

      Pros

      Teamwork was great. For the most part, all levels of management were truly committed to safety (walked the talk). The support and resources dedicated towards making the workplace safe was commendable.

      Cons

      Compensation was not commensurate with the cost of living.

      Decent pay, paid hollidays and benefits.

      Cons

      Its an old fleet of trucks. Mine didn't work as it should making delivering, dicharging and cleaning more difficult. Only critical repairs were addressed.
