      Friendly work colleagues Companies will recognise you in the industry if you move on from cemex

      Cons

      Too many managers Long working hours Rarely do work within job description (Sales role but turns out to be a customer service role) For the size of company there are very little perks Lower level staff not respected Very little progression High staff turnover Too much change in a short space of time

      World class company and coworkers. Support for profesional development. Strong company culture. Great communication at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      A lot of travelling and long hours. Too much bureaucracy to handle decisions that make a change. It takes too long to grow.
