      Cemex has an unified operating model tha permits to govern its businesses in every country where Cemex has operations.

      Cons

      The operational model that CEMEX implemented, makes Cemex heavy and slow in order to react to the challenge´s market. Countries have little opportunities to respond to country´s needs, only for regulatory needs ones.

      CEMEX is a global company that has applied international processes and standards. It is well structured and offers career development.

      Cons

      Due to both northern Mexican labor culture and a very male environment, CEMEX is very demanding in terms of time and energy investment. It's a great school but professional and personal lives are not quite balanced.
