      Multinational and multicultural company. Lots of functional areas to work, develope and interact. Good development programs for certain positions. Many places to work in many countries.

      Cons

      A lot of personnel rotation. Time managment a big oppotunity. A very demanding workplace in relation to time. Some positons requiere a lot of travel. Bureaucracy in the organization.
