      Very recognized in Mexico and abroad, access to many resources, good school for learning worlclass practices, a good place to pursue a international career due to its global reach

      Cons

      Growth is limited to your ability of creating relationships and not only your performance, communication to employees about corporate strategy is not good, not working balance, it is highly centralize and you must be in Monterrey to create good face

      Pros

      prestige, networking, compensations, travel opportunities, global working, there is so much disorder and disaster that you are able to learn from as much as you want. there is plenty brilliant people. There are several resources that have been aquired which can lead to the knowledge of several technologies, processes and methodologies.

      Cons

      working hours are long, appraisals are few, opportunities are restricted depending on who you know and who are you famiiarly related to people. Disconnection amongst areas, disorder and quick reactions are a must. The only thing that doesn't change is change itself. Decisions in the operations are neither planned nor conciously thought. Conflicts of Interest are a day to day situation.
