Structured Systems & Resources – In theory, large corporates have established systems for compliance, procurement, and operations. Job Security (Until Restructure) – Larger organisations often offer better financial stability… until a global restructure hits. Decent Compensation & Benefits – Generally better base salary, pension, car allowance, and healthcare options compared to SMEs.
