You will work along dedicated hard working Americans going to work every day to perform a very tough, dirty, hot, and dangerous job around large machinery where many people are killed every year in the industry. And yet, people show up for work every day in spite of the danger. Its like working with Super Hero's. Many fine people work here.
Cons
The work life balance is currently very poor. A couple working at McDonalds make better wages than most factory jobs now due to inflation. With the competitive wages now , does the shiftwork, danger, health issues, and poor work life balance warrant the small amount of pay increase from McDonalds? You be the judge.
