Working with some good people. Once you are out delivering no one bothers you as long as your load is right.

Cons

Management is horrible! No room for growth and the starting work hours are all over the place. This job will age you!

Pros

Great team environment. Management was always available for support. Strong focus on safety. Health benefits were great and very affordable.

Cons

Technology was lacking and still using ancient IBM software. SAP environment was very outdated and not user friendly. Remembering a million item codes is ridiculous.
