Not very much, family oriented, strong focus on safety, it was great the first 2 months I worked there

Cons

Long hours, low pay, my current placement is poorly run. The manager is unkind to employees, and uses manual labor as a punishment when he is unhappy with you.

Pros

Job security, company size. Company is world wide, so moving and continuing employment is a possibility. Management is usually friendly.

Cons

Continual changes in procedures, etc. frequently adding paperwork and reports (to be completed) on top of employees job description. It slows do productivity and increases job stress.
