Employees have the opportunity to prove their worth to the employer. No good old boy mentality and prejudice is shunned.

Cons

Cement manufacturing is mentally and physically taxing. Workaholics get ahead because vacation is not encouraged.

Not very much, family oriented, strong focus on safety, it was great the first 2 months I worked there

Cons

Long hours, low pay, my current placement is poorly run. The manager is unkind to employees, and uses manual labor as a punishment when he is unhappy with you.
