Very good working atmosphere and people willing teach you

Long periods of working, usually 60hr a week and some weekends with the on-call system

Accurate concrete driver directions or accurate addresses to each pouring location.

Pros

It would make a policy to build on while the city grows and new community's develop. Word of mouth using stores,empty lots, corner intersections into a 100 home housing tract, parks, to give directions with a perishable product is just plane stupid.

Cons

The dispatcher might have to type a little more.
