      I really struggled to find anything positive. They have good benefits!

      Cons

      I hated my life working at CEMEX! Do yourself a favor and apply literally anywhere else. If you care about the environment, this is not the place for you. I work as an environmental scientist now and love my job! I make more money too! Do not settle! Cons: -Poor, biased management -Lack of leadership and training -Office politics must be abided -Bonuses are tiny -Plant workers and managers are rude

      While culture started strong, there are now noticeable gaps in employee growth opportunities. Despite a steady increase in responsibilities, the merit increases have remained small, which can be demotivating. Additionally, the lack of feedback solicitation from current employees, with decisions largely coming from senior management, creates a disconnect and a gap in understanding the challenges faced by those in their roles. This shift has led to a departure from the original purpose of the roles, making it difficult for employees to stay engaged and aligned with the company's vision.
