Pros

Money. Pay is higher than anywhere in the surrounding area. Some coworkers are pretty cool. You will learn to operate equipment you've never used before.

Cons

Very hot. Very dirty. If you're lazy don't work here because there's too much to do. Favoritism really sucks here.
