Brand new equipment Home every night Pays weekly

Cons

The hours are crazy and inconsistent never know your start time or stop time Can be very stressful at times, especially when you the customer is being difficult GPS is never accurate you’re playing Hide and Seek half the time Drive cams (which are highly sensitive)

Executive team doesn't know what they're doing. Could write a book on why not to work here.

Pros

The company has great benefits. And the pay can be good at times and bad and others.

Cons

The downside working for Cemex is there is no family time. All they care about is production. Do you start work a little after midnight and will work until late afternoon. And expected to be back in work in eight hours At times. Lower management cares about the employees. Upper management all they seem to care about. Is the bottom dollar. Looking for a job for career Advancement. This is not the company for you.
