Very flexible job and the management team is great. Management cares greatly for the health of the company yet they support the employees as needed. Lots of opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. It is a priviledge to work with this team and this company.

Great place to work if you’re not looking for upward mobility

Pros

Great benefits, coworkers, emphasis on engagement, and flexibility in roles. Had a great time working with the people and participating in engagement events.

Cons

Preferential treatment given to Spanish speakers, even in the US-based operations. If you don’t speak Spanish or know someone in the C-Suite, you’re overlooked. They also spew the “we’re a family” line despite blatant preferential treatment and cliques.
