Flexible schedule, free gas, worked with great guys on the field, and exposure to real life situations on the job. If you take safety seriously then you will learn so much
Cons
-Horrible salary for cost of living and location, upper management changes too much -upper management is not transparent. -Laid off a ton of people in the course of 2 years regardless of knowledge and expertise, leaving a boneyard crew who are somewhat incompetent of real life situations. -Only promoting someone because they asked for more money not because they have excelled in duties to obtain that position. -consistently isn’t followed throughout the region
