One of the better concrete companies I've worked for.

Cons

Demands are much too high for the pay. Work/life balance is horrible. They preach a culture of safety, but the stress they put on you affects mental health. Many managers have never driven a truck before so they have no idea how their decisions affect drivers. This job should be a minimum of $25 per hour base pay.
