Nice place to work, good benefits. Great co-workers.

Cons

Inside Sales Management has no idea what they are doing. They continually change positions, systems and programs hoping for success. Pay is substantially below industry standards. You have to relocate in order advance or improve your position within the company.

CEMEX has a good compensation of salary and employee benefits that includes stock options. They are definitely a hierarchical organization.

Cons

The local management did not make use of vital information provided by the subordinate employees that proved to be a downfall of production at my location.
