Respectable 401k match. Kept busy. Learn a lot from multiple industries.

Cons

Over worked. Be ready to get a lot of work, and have to drop current assignments to put out immediate fires.

Pros

Very good benefits. The pay could be better considering the responsibility that comes with the job. No set hours. You never know what time your start time for next day until 4/5 pm. You can work anywhere from 8-14 hrs so no set time when your leaving for the day.

Cons

Schedule is all over the place.
