      Learning, you will get a chance to learn latest techs floating in market (*depends on projects also), appraisals are on time based on your performance, good atmosphere, you will work on challenging task(* again depends on projects also) Overall good experience, also you can plan for long terms stay also.

      Cons

      Salary is as per market standard (*don't expect like startup), compensations should be more competitive.
