Company provides good balance between work and personal life, benefits like insurance, share purchase plan, profit participation plan are very good. Employees are treated with respect and fairly.

Cons

Pros

Lots of job variety, many clients and people to work with and for. In smaller centers the teams are usually small enough that they are friends as well as co-workers

Cons

As CGI is a contractor, it must keep it's costs down. I under stand this, but I feel that in the long run they do not compensate near as well as they could. Not having posted wage bands is bad in my opinion based on other companies.

Pros

They encourage you to get a lots of formation. They will pay the entirety of the formation (be it a degree or different certifications). You can cumulate your overtime and use them as holidays

Cons

The compensation needs to be increased to compete with the other employers in the region. They increased the hours worked in a week without compensation.
