Pros

- Great social life - Mostly relaxed working conditions

Cons

- Incredibly behind the times - Project managers are hopeless - A promotion gets you basically no pay rise - You have to apply for your own promotion, no recognition from management - Most new IP never sees the light of day - The majority of the workforce are grads who leave after they realise there won't be any meaningful payrises - There are very very few 25-40 year old professionals, no one sticks around and the talent is lost. Everyone has either been there for 20 years or is a grad. - Ridiculous level of corporate mentality, think inspirational posters on every wall, "experience the commitment" is ground into your soul, massively out of touch with other tech corporations such as Google and Apple - It's just not a trendy company, more like somewhere you go for an easy life and no prospects of advancement or making any difference

Pros

1. Work-Life Balance 2. Proper leaves (14PL+12CL) + 5 Optional Holiday + 3/4 Mandatory holiday. 3. Not tracing time management(IN & Out), and also depend on project and manager 4. Good for settle if you want to get retire from there. 5. Giving Chances to many freshers in many IT fields to start your career. 6. Free Gym facilities. 7. They have once in a week fun games, yoga, meditation sessions for one hour. That's so important for members in busy working hours. 8. 30 days bench policy and 2 months notice period and if you get a project in notice period than NP, it means company gives you total 3 Months time to be in a project.

Cons

1. Not good salary hike from past 3 years I heard many of them getting in a single digit like 3 to 7 %. 2. Not much career growth. 3. Not good learning. 4. Salary is not up to standard also. 5. No gifts and annual bonus nowadays. 6. Too much possessive for dress code except Friday.

Pros

Some good people, co-workers. Hearts are in the right place. Note: THESE ARE MY OPINIONS, and not evidence of FACTS, those you'll have to find out on your own. Management's memories of these events described here may be different than my own.

Cons

Note: THESE ARE MY OPINIONS and Observations, and not evidence of FACTS, those you'll have to find out on your own. Basic ethics violations over looked. Management promoted based on tech skills and not because they can actually lead people. They take great pride in their 'internal message about inclusive caring for all stakeholders, stockholders, employees, customers' , but they are too willing to leave out employees. There is NO transparency, latest re-orgs were done in secret, and didn't involve effected 'employees' at all. Request 1:1 with management, good luck with that. No real open door policies. Federal contracting business is also slowing down. Management's take and memories of these events described here may be different than my own. These are my memories. Sorry for the disclaimers, but I'd rather not face their deep legal pockets.
