      Pros

      Very lucky to have been placed on a great project, and have a team with a varied level of experience. This allows for cohesion between similar young teammates, and mentoring by some of the older members.

      Cons

      Professionalism and motivation at all levels is lacking. This is partly due to the nature of the work, which deals with federal financial systems. It's hard to be inspired by this work. Additionally, it seems as though the company rewards jumping ship, and returning for higher pay. Nearly everyone I know that started with the company has left for better opportunities.

      I was given pretty much every thing that I needed to get my job done

      Cons

      EXCEPT - the GOALS. I was told on a regular "We are NOT a staffing company" but yet the recruiters harassed people/candidates like they were a staffing company or a used car salesman. And there were quota's that were supposed to be hit every week that I was never made aware of. I am GLAD I am gone
