      Pros

      Flexible timing. WFH facility with mail. Timepass meeting to just complete a day Unavailable for few hours is ok to management. No hours type calculate and wifi-laptop to each employee.

      Cons

      Politics played by your true friends to ruin your career. Only client centric, with 10yrs back java and coding technology used. Each junior and senior,Leads employee just abuse you in front of everyone or either in e mail. Mangers just come to enjoy the office weather and runs in second half by home. My friend are now cursing after joining such company specially Mumbai (worst).
