      Had some good Projects. Had a separate automation team

      My manager pulled me to another project where I never went to join and when resisted asked to put my papers. I was always in the top rating in the project but still this happened to me. In a month time, I left the company. Old time Logica managers and not as per industry standards.

      Share scheme is good, CGI match investment you make up to 3%.

      Cons

      Very odd environment currently in outsourcing services moving to regional UK operation which historically has been customer facing business units and its been very slowly implemented. No pipeline it seems, but new org approach from Canada basically has no place for bid resources and basically delivery managers are expected to be the sales force rather than season sales people we've lost.
