      Certain project offer flexibility and allow work from home For the most part, people working at this company are very nice

      Cons

      You have limited time to find another job when your current project comes to an end and you are often left on your own to do that When switching projects, do not expect much thought given to previous experience you had Benefits are somewhat below market Bonus is a unicorn that comes around once a decade, if you are lucky, and don't expect much then either

      There is no pros in this company, if u r from Andra Pradesh that is fine to get better hike and promotion else forget ur carrier

      Cons

      In CGI HR's are good for nothing, if u going to ask any help, they will directly inform the managers about our problem and making it worse, HR's are not employee friendly, chamchas of project managers, No work from home and no sick leaves, if u r sick also come and die in office, they won't bother

      poor pay, three things are important to the company, first and foremost is making money, second is client satisfaction and distant last is employee satisfaction. Charged the government 1.5x what they paid me and they didn't give me much benefit. Very poor local leadership, both contract level as well as division level. Advise - run away and run away far.
