Pros
- Interest sectors to work in. - Share purchase plan is good. - Plenty of opportunities if you're lucky enough to be placed on a good project.
Cons
- Many legacy systems and 'old' technologies - Too many staff have been on their projects for 10+ years in relation to the point above meaning ittle signs of future career progression for graduates after 2 years. - 'Technical Placement/Graduate' is very vague and you may be given a role you do not particularly want. - Your experience at the company is totally dependant on what project you end up at. - Many staff seem unhappy with their pay. - The company seem to be very tight in regards to social events and expenses, often pointing towards the strict budgets; despite many sectors performing well.
