Despite stating they are one of the top companies to work for if you're disabled, that tends to focus on physical ailments rather than mental health conditions. Because of national security concerns, it feels like one cannot ask for reasonable adjustments like a quieter work environment or having one's back to a wall instead of a loud, open-plan office. If you live in Wales you are required to come into the office, travelling to the office costs money due to the fact it is in such an awkward location. If you live in England, or Scotland you do not have to come into the office. People who are hired in Wales, England, and Scotland all get paid the same amount of money even though employees in Wales have to pay for travel which is expensive. If you tell your manager you currently cannot afford this, they will fire you. The managers are just chosen at random and they do not care for individuals at all. They hire only hire black people to meet their equal opportunity quota.
