      Pros

      Great Benefits matching stock purchase up to 3%, annual bonus social club which sponsors events, good for college new hires, work from home depending on the project

      Cons

      terrible training (experience hire would have a culture shock) training is geared towards young college grads just starting out their career, 25% chance you will be on a bad team, if your black you will find there aren't many in management they are typically hired in HR and to staff the company's internal helpdesk on the 4th floor

      40 hour weeks, great starting salary, lots of young people, learn technical skills, excellent college recruiters

      Cons

      hard to get promoted, in my account it was 4-5 years for a promotion. Upper management would hire someone as a senior business analyst rather than promote someone infinite times more worthy. Office was in Fairfax which wasn't really metro accessible

      Horrible Management and stuck in the old ways of finance. Not personable at all and very demeaning at times.
