Pros
Financially well run. Senior management very credible and hands-on. Culture promotes making promises you can deliver, and then delivering on them. Team spirit is evident and people are generally nice to work with.
Cons
CGI is still digesting the old Logica operating companies, some of which were in bad shape at the time of acquisition. This will constrain organic growth for the next couple of years. The old Logica's middle management were particularly weak and some of its members that weren't exited in late 2012 are struggling to keep afloat. Likely to be more casualties in 2013/4 from those that don't make the grade. Brand is a bit bland in an industry that's still suffering from overcapacity and a poor reputation in general.
