      Pros

      CGI is constantly looking forward towards growth. It is very employee oriented and has benefits which are atleast on par (if not more) than the compititors

      Pros

      - entrepreneurial spirit - reasonably flat hierarchy - you can call most people for help and they are generally willing to help - part of being overworked is getting great experience

      Cons

      - too operationally focused at times - as with many consulting companies, dont expect great worklife balance

      Pros

      There are still lots of ex-Logica folks about, so am able to work with like minded friends. Office is close to where I live, don't have to travel too much. Still retain benefits from Logica times.

      Cons

      CGI make a big thing of their culture and their "dream", the whole thing seems turgid and contrived. Senior management will bleat on about this at every opportunity. The ex- CGI staff I have met are unimaginative and parsimonious.
