      Great Work Life balance. Culture & Values Casual environment Not much work pressure

      Cons

      Bonus and hikes are not that great. Growth is a little towards a slower pace when compared to the industry Mid level management is not that good Lots of people are technically average. Poor HR processes. They wont give proper response after leave from this company... (i'm waiting more than 16 months for my PF withdraw. Still i didt receive , they are not respond properly)
