Great Experience for someone straight out of College
Pros
Chances to get a varied level of professional experiences. The culture of the company is pretty easy going and the flexibility of your work hours is very nice. Environment and co-workers are friendly and always willing to work with you if you don't quite understand how to do something. Willingness to let you work from home if you have something going on but can still put in a couple hours is also a plus and doesn't take up sick leave(as long as you make up the hours you missed).
Cons
Some instances you might get 'stuck' on a project for a long period of time, which limits technical growth. The compensation(while better than some) is not up to the level of what most other companies hiring for in the same field. There's a disconnect between the branches where developers in Fairfax, Va could make double or even triple what people in Lebanon, Va make which doesn't seem so fair.
