      Pros

      Excellent PTO and unlimited sick leave. Flexible hours and easy going work culture. Depending on which project and client work can be interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Limited growth culture, depending on which team but will not learn much and expand technical knowledge. Everything is very structured and main product lime Momentum can be hard to work with and deal with technically.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Project teams are full of smart people.

      Cons

      Over worked, under appreciated employees. Salaries are lower than expected. The company compares itself to the market instead of setting itself apart from the competition as a better place to work when it comes to benefits and compensation. Promotions are meaningless and hard to achieve in a timely manner. CGI is an information hording environment; problems would be solved sooner if people were encouraged to share more information. It's a leveraged mentality.
